My team was tasked with the challenge of creating work for several different cohorts (audience profiles) at a time based on social and cultural signals, which also aligned with Indeed's tentpole moments, short term goals and long term objectives. This meant keeping track of a lot of moving parts to ensure each peice hit its target.




This presentation recapped our work across departments. Together with senior creators, I did a full redesign based on Indeed's previous branding and where we wanted to push their Vis ID.
Platforms
To break up the perception of Indeed as a straight-laced, stuffy brand, we pushed the envelope with a variety of styles and approaches including native features, stock and custom illustrations across Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Snapchat.








We also concepted, wrote, produced, shot and edited dozens of short-form videos from humorous to to heartfelt, all in the name of helping our cohorts find better work through Indeed.
VVM
Volume means quantity, quantity, quantity. So I trained, taught, revised, wrote copy and designed alongside a team of eight fresh creators and residents in order to develop quality content for our clients that would also appeal to the ad-resistant audience on social.
